2. Power cable: ZRC-YJV22
ZRC-YJV22 cables are widely used in connecting cables from the combiner box to the DC cabinet, DC cabinet to the inverter, inverter to the transformer, transformer to a power distribution device, and power distribution device to the power grid. The ZRC-YJV22 cable, which is common in photovoltaic power generation systems, has a nominal cross-section of 2.5mm2~300mm2. The cable has a hard texture, temperature resistance of 90°C, low dielectric loss, chemical corrosion resistance, and good thermal aging and electrical properties. The cable can be buried directly, suitable for fixed laying and adapting to the needs of different laying environments.
3. Power cable: NH-VV
NH-VV cable is suitable for rated voltage of 0.6/1KV, long-term allowable working temperature is 80℃. The allowable bending radius during laying is not less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable for single-core cables, and not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable for multi-core cables. When the cable is laid, the ambient temperature is not lower than 0 degrees Celsius, without pre-heating. The cable can be directly buried in the ground without being restricted by the drop.
4. Control cable: ZRC-KVVP
ZRC-KVVP cables are suitable for control, monitoring circuits, and protection circuits with AC-rated voltages of 450/750V and below. Its long-term allowable use temperature is 70℃, and the minimum bending radius is not less than 6 times the outer diameter. Cable laying is generally in fixed places such as indoors, cable trenches, and pipes that require shielding and flame-retardant.
5. Communication cable: DJYVRP2-22
DJYVRP2-22 computer special soft cable is suitable for electronic computers and automation connecting cables with a rated voltage of 500V and below that have high requirements for anti-interference. DJYVRP2-22 cable has the characteristics of oxidation resistance, high insulation resistance, good withstand voltage and low dielectric coefficient. While ensuring the service life, it can also reduce the crosstalk and external interference between loops, and the signal transmission quality is high. The minimum bending radius is not less than 12 times the cable outer diameter. The cable is allowed to be fixedly laid and used under the ambient temperature of -40℃~50℃. It is mainly laid indoors, in cable trenches, pipelines, and other places where electrostatic shielding is required.
6. Communication cable: RVVP
The shielded flexible cable RVVP is suitable for communication cables that require anti-interference, safe and efficient data transmission, such as alarms and security. The rated working voltage is 3.6/6KV, the long-term working temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃, and the minimum allowable bending radius is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. RVVP cable is mainly used as a communication cable to play a role in anti-interference. The RVVP cable should not be exposed to sunlight, and the bottom core must be well-grounded. The weak current circuit communication cables that need to suppress the intensity of electrical interference should be laid in steel pipes and boxes. When laying parallel to the power cables, keep them apart as far as possible.
7. RF cable: SYV
The video cables commonly used in surveillance are mainly SYV75-3 and SYV75-5. If you want to transmit video signals within 200 meters, you can use SYV75-3, if you want to transmit video signals within 350 meters, you can use SYV75-5. The laying method of RF cables is laying through pipes.
